Château de Paraza, once the residence of the Canal du Midi engineers, is steeped in history.
In the 17th century, Paul Riquet stayed here during the construction of one of France’s most important heritage works: the canal linking the Atlantic to the Mediterranean.

Lovingly restored, the château continues this legacy today, combining historical charm with modern French art de vivre.
It is home to a family passionate about winemaking, who have been reviving the vineyard for the past 20 years with dedication and care.

No booking needed – visit us directly at the wine cellar.
Cheese and charcuterie board available on request: €18 – served in the cellar or by the pool.

Open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm
In your room, you’ll find a fouta – a towel locally embroidered with “Château de Paraza” – for you to use by the pool.
If you’d like to take one home, they are available at the reception or in the boutique for €18 each, or €30 for two.

For your comfort, we offer free filtered water throughout your stay, available from the fountain.
