In 2005, the Danglas family did its first harvest, many others followed. Indeed, for more than fifteen years, the family has been setting up wine production through the purchase of the Château de Paraza, a beautiful place from the 17th century. With the will to produce personal wines in which the customers could recognize his contribution, the cellar master, Matthieu Danglas, tried for years in order to find the perfect blends, the barrels that really add something to the wines, the right time to age them… Nowadays, the wines of the Château de Paraza are parts of the greatest ones in the Minervois Appellation, awarded at many wine contests every year and convey the family’s philosophy: gourmet wines, elegant and fine. The pure expression of a terroir and a know-how.
