Beautiful intense garnet-red robe.
Deep and complex, this wine shows a mineral nose of great precision, enhanced by roasted and smoky notes.
Flavors of strawberry and redcurrant on the palate. Crisp tannins mingle with good acidity providing elegance and freshness.
The finish is powerful, prolonged, and lingering with notes of mint and chocolate.
Lively and voluptuous wine.

Paludal, limestone, dating back to the Tertiary period.
Angular stones and siliceous pebbles from the Montagne noire.
Grapes are picked when they are slightly overripe, then destemmed and remained to ferment. A daily pumping over at controlled temperature allows to obtain a gentle and quality extraction. An everyday tasting allows to define the end of the post maceration.
Wine is aged in new American oak barrels for 12 months (400L).
