A prettily complex nose with notes of fresh blackcurrant and spices (nutmeg, clove).
A frank attack on the palate, round and supple with notes of blackcurrant and wild blackberries that go along with silky tannins for a harmonious wine. The finish is slightly fresh and the fruity aromas remain on your tongue for several lengths.

The winemaker’s corner:
Soil: Fluvial deposits dating back to the Pliocene.
The fermentation starts after a short maceration of each varietal. Then the juice goes for barrel fermentation for 15 days with grape-treading every single day. The alcoholic fermentation is done between 26 and 30° and the wine is finally blended after being tasted.
Aging potential: 3-10 years.
