The Winemaker’s corner
Land is basically limestone with pebbles dating back from the Pliocene.
Grapes are harvested when reaching optimum maturity and vinified separately. A short prefermentary maceration allows to quickly achieve the extraction extract process and to concentrate on fruity aromas.
