In the Official AOC Minervois, our art, in the sense of our expertise, is blending. The blending of wines, from different plots, different grape varieties, different terroirs. Like music, we seek harmony. Often, we imagine a wine, let\u2019s say a style of wine, perhaps even a moment of tasting. We try a few pairings and let ourselves be carried away by the melody.<\/p>\n

This year, for the 2024 vintage, we heard a little tune that insisted on coming to us. Raw, without autotune. Irresistibly. One taste of this cuv\u00e9e, and we felt a unique, new, and intoxicating expression. Something precious we didn\u2019t want to let slip away. Something we couldn\u2019t resist, that excites and rocks us.<\/p>\n
