Soil: fluvial deposits dating back to the Pliocene.<\/p>\n

The grapes are harvested at the end of August when they are ripe and juicy. The freshness of the morning helps to preserve the juice from oxidation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve all the aromas. The wine is bottled before spring.<\/span><\/p>\n
