Land is basically limestone with pebbles dating back from the Pliocene.\u00a0.<\/p>\n

Grapes are harvested when reaching optimum maturity and vinified separately. A short prefermentary maceration allows to quickly achieve the extraction extract process and to concentrate on fruity aromas.<\/p>\n
