Our cuvée Dolce Vita is a delicious, fresh and finely structured blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot. The wine’s enveloping structure and clean lines promise very elegant ageing.

70% Cabernet Franc – 30% Merlot
Tasting notes
Deep colour with with purple hues of beautifully bright.
Expressive and complexe nose, with intense hints of red fruits and spices
Sumptuous and juicy, oozing with flavours of rich, ripe blackberry, liquorice and black cherry with notes of peony and chocolate.
The finish is rich and delicious.

The Winemaker’s corner
Soil: fluvial deposits dating back to the Pliocene. Angular stones and siliceous pebbles from the Montagne Noire.
The two grape varieties are harvested separately according to their maturity.
The wine is blended at the end of fermentation and aged in concrete tank.
